Description

The way people drink coffee in the south is different than the way people drink coffee in the north. The south is reminiscent of deserts, nomads, caravans, heat, and sun. The north is synonymous with snow, aristocracy, sleds, and glaciers. Our classic Nordic coffee beans Nordic connoting the north capture the feeling and adventure of drinking coffee in and of the north. We want our coffee to make you shiver in delight even as it removes the shivers of winter. In hand selecting our beans, we envisioned the Northern Lights flashing with every sip and liquid lava coursing through your veins with every swallow. These beans, and only these beans, are the ones we chose to play this wonderful dream in real life. The small batch beans are enrolled in our classic brlerie roast house where the raw bean potential is finessed and refined to create ridiculous palate profiles. Artisan roast-masters utilize their time-tested skills to coax nuanced brilliance from every bean, a dark roast with deep flavors and strong cheekbones, the Viking of coffee beans. These fresh roasted beans are certified organic, fair trade, and kosher, a specialty product for a special person. The Nordic puts the up in your cup. Drink responsively.
