Instruction:
How to DIY the paper tassels:
1. There are 4 pieces paper tassels in one stack, you need to separate them one by one.
2. Fold one paper tassel to a width you need.
3. There are 2 methods to tie the tassels: one is pulling out a slip of paper in tassel as a twist tie to circle the paper tassel. The other is that you can tie the tassels with the twist ties we provide.

How to DIY the paper flower:
1. Unfold the tissue paper. The strips of tissue paper are joined together in the finished paper flower.
2. Carefully pull the layers of tissue paper apart one by one.
3. When all the strips have been pulled apart, the paper flower has become slightly oval, you can create a more round shape with your hand gently.

Note:
Dots paper garlands maybe knotting when folding, so please be patient to smooth it.
Paper poms are pre-folded, you need to fluff them.
