If controller does not work.
1.Befor use, Please check battery life is low which could affect connection,It is recommended to use within 8 meters, without strong current interference.
2.Please turn on consle and TV,and make sure you intall receiver on console and batteries into controller, and check the code connection works

How to connect controller to NGC console?
Turn on the NGC console and insert receiver into,install two dry batteries and turn on the swtich on the controller till indicator light is always on. don't hard push receiver into console to avoid damage.
How to connect controller to wii console?
Please connect nunchuck controller and remote controller to wii console to start game,then you could take off nunchuck controller from remote controller and replaced by wireless ngc controller receiver. please reach customer service for further assistance if you have any questions.
