No positioning is required for optimal performance, since these Omni-directional antennas can send and receive Wi-Fi in all directions. Pr-sma connectors are compatible with many NETGEAR models. Use these fine-tuned antennas as a replacement for damaged Wi-Fi router antennas that come standard with your router. Recommended to replace all three (or two as on your original router).
