Description

ORACAL 9300 is the last name in glow in the dark adhesive vinyl. The sheets of vinyl are perfectly sized for virtually any Silhouette or Cricut plotting machine, which means that anyone can easily create your own unique designs. Once applied, this vinyl appears glossy in direct light, but in low-light or dark conditions the vinyl picks up on the tiniest amount of light and shines with a bright metallic flake, increasing visibility and imparting a bold appearance.
